In order to use this application, you must be using a computer with Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating system installed.

Browser Version
Your Internet browser must be Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or better. IE 8 users should select the Compatability View option next to the address bar for best results.

Javascript and Cookies Support 
Your browser must also have Javascript and Cookies support enabled. If you have disabled these features in your browser, you will need to enable them from the "Tools->Internet Options..." menu on your browser.

Disable pop-up blockers for this site
You must enable pop-up windows for this site to function properly. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your system you must disable it for this site. Internet Explorer will notify you if a pop-up window is blocked. If this occurs, select the "Always allow pop-ups for this site" option.

Screen Resolution
Your screen resolution must be set to 1024 x 768 pixels or higher to run this application. If you are using 800 x 600 or lower, you will be able to use the application, but you won't be able to view the entire screen without using the scroll bar in your browser. To adjust your screen resolution, right click on your Windows desktop and select "Properties" in the pop-up menu. On the "Settings" tab set the screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher.
